Terms of stay
Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in time starts at 14:00, and guests are required to check out by 12:00 to ensure room preparation for incoming arrivals.
Early or Late Arrivals: Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to room availability and may be subject to additional service charges.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty fee equivalent to one night's stay.
Non-Refundable Bookings: Any reservations made under a non-refundable rate will not be eligible for a refund or credit in the event of a cancellation or no-show.
No-Smoking Policy: To maintain a fresh and homey environment, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all 37 guest rooms across all 5 room types.
Pet Policy: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets of any kind are not permitted on the hotel premises.
Rooftop Dining Etiquette: Our rooftop restaurant and bar are open 24 hours, but we kindly ask guests not to bring outside food or beverages into these areas.
Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, guests are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00.
Personal Valuables: The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items; please use the in-room safe deposit boxes for your valuables.
Maximum Occupancy: Each of our 5 room types has a specific maximum occupancy, and additional guests or extra beds may incur extra charges.

Cancellation policy
Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge if choose Refundable Bookings with up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date (14:00 local time).
Late Cancellation Fee: Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the arrival date will result in a penalty charge equivalent to the cost of the first night’s stay.
No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the full amount of the reservation or the first night's stay will be charged, depending on the booking terms.
Non-Refundable Bookings: Reservations made under "Non-Refundable" or "Special Deal" rates are not eligible for any refund, change, or credit regardless of when the cancellation is made.
Modification Policy: Requests to change stay dates are subject to room availability and may result in a rate adjustment based on the new selected dates.
Early Departure: If a guest chooses to shorten their stay after check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge the remaining nights as per the original booking.
